The Natural Area Easements are areas in the City that are in or close to a natural condition and are tracked to ensure they remain in that natural state as described in the legal document.
<DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;"><DIV><DIV><P><SPAN>The Natural Areas is a term that describes a parcel or portion of parcel of land that is not developed or has very limited development that shall be maintained in a natural condition. The Natural Areas polygon will give you a general representation of the location with a link to a legal document and other general information. The user will use that legal document to help answer any questions or requests. Generally, the easement name is the dominate easement if more than one. There will be no overlapping polygon easements if multiple easements are available. Some Natural Areas are stormwater easements and the natural condition has changed but currently appear and are treated like a natural condition. </SPAN></P></DIV></DIV></DIV>
